Assessment:
an initial session to assess and understand your current
health situation, your expectations and objectives,
and your preferences for times, days, locations, frequency
and type of activity.
Planning
& Programme Preparation:
creation of a personal programme for your approval based
on the findings of the assessment session.
Training:
exercise tuition and support sessions
as planned and agreed, with achievements and progress
recorded. These sessions can be held at a gym or in
your own home surroundings, whichever you prefer. We
currently use the gym and Leisure Club facilities at
The Pendley Manor Hotel, Tring (www.pendley-manor.co.uk).
Back-up
Service:
notes and telephone support are available to help you
as necessary between sessions.
Friends
and Family: an opportunity for you to
train with a friend or relative via a combined programme
if you prefer.
Sport
Specific:
short specialised programmes focussing on getting you
ready for your sport or hobby.
