In my early fifties, I realised my ambition to work with
people in the world of fitness and recreation. I founded
40-50-Fit
to help those of you of a similar age who want to achieve,
maintain or recapture a level of fitness that you feel
comfortable with.
My
maxim is flexibility with commitment. I will be flexible
in terms of approach, timing and location. My commitment
to help you achieve your objectives will mirror your
own at all times during our association.
Throughout
my life I have enjoyed playing and coaching a variety
of sports, both from an individual and team-based aspect.
I am a member of the industry-recognised Register of
Exercise Professionals and hold a Premier Diploma in:
